HST began in 2010 as an export-focused trading company, connecting European procurement managers with Chinese injection mold manufacturers. We quickly discovered a fundamental problem: frustration stemmed not from poor manufacturing capability, but from communication gaps, inconsistent quality, and missed promises. Intermediaries created layers of uncertainty that buyers couldn't eliminate.
In 2015, we made a strategic decision: establish our own factory in Guangdong. This wasn't expansion—it was a commitment to solve the problems we'd witnessed.
